Description
An Edwardian mahogany glazed bookcase, restored at our workshop and in good vintage condition.
This has been sanded and painted in Crown Period paint in Steam Engine. It was then lightly distressed to highlight the lovely carved details and given several coats of neutral wax. The back of the glazed shelves were stencilled with an allium design, and the vintage handles (which are not original to the piece, but a later addition) were cleaned and restored.
This beautiful bookcase could be used as a display cabinet, kitchen cupboard, linen store or bathroom cabinet, it has plenty of versatile storage. It also happens to look gorgeous at the same time!
